Return & Refund Policy
At Enthink.inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 5 Days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all tags intact.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
• You will receive the credit within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Shipping for Returns
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a damaged or wrong product sent by us).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
